    Blueberry Pancakes

    in one bowl:

    2 cups (whole wheat) flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp light brown sugar
    generous sprinkling of ground Flax Seed, if you have it

    in another bowl:

    2 eggs, thoroughly beated
    1 1/2 cup buttermilk (can be made from powdered buttermilk if you have that lying around, say, for bread-machine-baking purposes
